Elaboration
This is the first blanc de noirs produced in the Ribera del Duero. Its production is part of the winery’s effort to differentiate itself by always maintaining the highest quality. El Cuentista is a different wine, with personality, transgressive and with a touch of madness that makes it stand out from the rest. This wine surprises from its label to its passage through the mouth and leaves no one indifferent. It does not disappoint. It tells what its image conveys.
9 months in American oak barrels. Aged on Verdejo grape lees.
Color: Low intensity steel yellow
Nose: Ripe notes of white and stone fruits. Balsamic notes of vanilla and presence of fresh wood. Elegant and different.
Palate: Balanced, silky and broad on the palate with moderate and balanced acidity. Very persistent, with hints of ripe stone fruit and wood notes in the aftertaste.
