Color: Rum is golden amber in color.
Aroma: In the complex, well-balanced aroma of rum, tones of ripe tropical fruits and vanilla are followed by delicate hints of white peach and coconut.
Taste: The flavor of the rum is warm and complex, with two distinct levels. With the first wave come notes of tropical candied fruits leading to sweet vanilla notes of bourbon, the richness of which is perfectly balanced with hints of fresh fruits and delicate tannins of the second wave.
Gastronomy: Rum is good as a digestif pure or with ice, perfectly combined with a cigar. Can be used to create cocktails.
