Color: Rum is warm amber in color.
Aroma: Light aroma of rum is filled with tones of candied orange, bergamot tea, vanilla, nuances of kola nut.
Taste: The flavor of rum is light, fresh, with tones of chestnut and acacia honey, candied orange, citron and raisins. Slightly hidden but still obvious notes of nuts, chocolate, dried fruits (plum and apricot). A sharp bite from the alcohol becomes noticeable at the end.
Gastronomy: Rum can be drunk pure, with a couple of ice cubes, used as an ingredient for making cocktails.
