Color: The whisky is copper-golden in color.
Aroma: The aroma shows a rather concentrated, fruity compote, with plums, vanilla and orange blossom.
Taste: The palate shows a sweet wine start, then slightly drying before adding plum and vanilla aromas, citrus and malt core. Beautifully structured.
Gastronomy: The whisky is recommended to be served neat with ice or the addition of a small amount of water as a digestif.
